Lassi: A Luxurious Blend of Creamy Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (whole milk yogurt works best)
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, water, and any additional flavorings (sugar, salt, or spices) until smooth and frothy. You can use a traditional Indian hand blender or an electric blender.
  2. If using, add ice cubes and blend again until crushed.

Tips

  • Lassi is traditionally served chilled. You can use cold yogurt and water, or add ice cubes for an extra refreshing drink.
