Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the Rice

  • In a pot, add the soaked rice, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, salt, and water.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked but still slightly firm.
  • Drain the rice and set aside.
